No. Carrot is not a fruit.Carrot is a vegetable and it is a root plant.It grows underground and has vitamins and minerals that will improve our eyesight.It also gives us energy and it is tasty.we can eat it raw,in salads and in cakes like carrotcake.I like to eat it raw as it is crunchy and sweet.I also like them in salads as it gos well with other fresh vegetables.
