Point 2:Teaching and Learning:About that,I feel that Ms Zarinah's teaching is good because after she teaches, she would purposely give us a bit of exercises for that particular topic and it is also easy to understand what Ms Zarinah says.
Point 3 :Subjects:I got to say but the subjects this year is pretty to easy, confirm stamp chop and 101%.
Point 4:Aspiration:Simple to play but difficult to go in to,it is becoming a table tennis player and to play a part in the Olympics because I simply know how to play already in 3 games and took me only 1 week to learn how to smash and find my opponents weak point.
I have finish writing my "blog".(And I wrote this because I hope this is the last blog I am writing.)

welcome to the ghostly, GHASTLY 13th issue of the peanut times!!! before starting our feast of horror, let us venture into the world of complicating, big exciting world of the complications of the complicating compilation of... okay la, its homework. my experience in 5g... i love my class!!! ms zarinah so rox. she lets us have extra supplementary!!! wooo!!! and more loveable homework!!! yay!!! anyway, let the shock fest start now!! im watching you... you're every move... this is a story called Axe Murder Hollow...
Susan and Ned were driving through a wooded empty section of highway. Lightning flashed, thunder roared, the sky went dark in the torrential downpour. “We’d better stop,” said Susan. Ned nodded his head in agreement. He stepped on the brake, and suddenly the car started to slide on the slick pavement. They plunged off the road and slid to a halt at the bottom of an incline. Pale and shaking, Ned quickly turned to check if Susan was all right. When she nodded, Ned relaxed and looked through the rain soaked windows. “I’m going to see how bad it is,” he told Susan, and when out into the storm. She saw his blurry figure in the headlight, walking around the front of the car. A moment later, he jumped in beside her, soaking wet. “The car’s not badly damaged, but we’re wheel-deep in mud,” he said. “I’m going to have to go for help.” Susan swallowed nervously. There would be no quick rescue here. He told her to turn off the headlights and lock the doors until he returned. Ax Murder Hollow. Although Ned hadn’t said the name aloud, they both knew what he had been thinking when he told her to lock the car. This was the place where a man had once taken an axe and hacked his wife to death in a jealous rage over an alleged affair. Supposedly, the axe-wielding spirit of the husband continued to haunt this section of the road. Outside the car, Susan heard a shriek, a loud thump, and a strange gurgling noise. But she couldn’t see anything in the darkness. Frightened, she shrank down into her seat. She sat in silence for a while, and then she noticed another sound. Bump. Bump. Bump. It was a soft sound, like something being blown by the wind. Suddenly, the car was illuminated by a bright light. An official sounding voice told her to get out of the car. Ned must have found a police officer. Susan unlocked the door and stepped out of the car. As her eyes adjusted to the bright light, she saw it. Hanging by his feet from the tree next to the car was the dead body of Ned. His bloody throat had been cut so deeply that he was nearly decapitated. The wind swung his corpse back and forth so that it thumped against the tree. Bump. Bump. Bump. Susan screamed and ran toward the voice and the light. As she drew close, she realized the light was not coming from a flashlight. Standing there was the glowing figure of a man with a smile on his face and a large, solid, and definitely real axe in his hands. She backed away from the glowing figure until she bumped into the car. “Playing around when my back was turned,” the ghost whispered, stroking the sharp blade of the axe with his fingers. “You’ve been very naughty.” The last thing she saw was the glint of the axe blade in the eerie, incandescent light.
wonder if that was a good one... anyway, poem time!!!!!!

Pure water's particles are closely packed together , thus no other form of energy can pass through .
In salt water , the salt particles are dissolved in the pure water .
The salt particles are not so closely packed together .
Hence , the electricity is able to flow through only water containing small soluble solids .

Is Water A Conductor Of Electricity?
JNHX
Jolice
is water a conductor of electricity
is water a conductor of electricity?
Ans:yes.
why?:water is a conductor of electricity because there is minerals in water.the lesser the minerals the water will be a bad conductor.minerals and gases was readily dissolve in water. It is the presence of this minerals and gases that allows water to conduct electricity. Perfectly pure water without these impurities will not conduct electricity but salt water is a good conductor of electricity.beacause salt is a mineral thus making salt water a good conductor.
Is water a conductor of electricity?
1.There must be charged particles within the substance (either ions or electrons) and
2.These particles must be free to move It is true that in water (H2O) the discrete molecules are free to move, however, they carry no charge. The only reason water can sometimes conduct electricity is because of the minerals (metallic solids)

Is water conductor of electricity?
Pure water cannot conduct electricity. However, the presence of the smallest amount of salt in water enables water to become an electrical conductor.

Is water a conductor of electricity???
Is water a conductor of eletricity?
Only impure water, ie. water that contains ions, will conduct electricity, as to why H2O does not break into the H ions and OH ions and then conduct electricity, to be honest, I don't yet know. But I suspect that the electrons flowing through are not vibrating at the correct frequency to excite the electrons that hold the two ions together to break apart.

Does water CONDUCT electricity and WHY??????
Electricity is defined as the flow of electrons.
Getting water pure enough to not conduct electricity is very hard to do.
There are lots of minerals and gases that readily dissolve in water.
(Even if you have pure water, carbon dioxide from the air will immediately
begin to disslove into the water). It is the presence of these minerals
and gases that enable water to conduct electricity. The impurities in the
water is what is conducting electricity. You should know by now that salt
water is an excellent conductor of electricity. Table salt, or sodium
chloride, dissolves in water to form an "ionic" solution composed of
sodium ions and chloride ions. In an ionic solution such as this, the
chloride ions have a greater affinity for electrons than the sodium ions,
thus the flow of electrons between the sodium and chloride ions is easy,
thus electricity can be conducted in salt water. Pure water
has "covalent" bonds between the hydrogen and oxygen molecules. This
means there is an equal sharing of the elecrons within the molecule itself
and it does not have an affinity for electrons. So pure water does not
conduct electricity where as impure water will.

Is Windows a Virus
No, Windows is not a virus. Here's what viruses do:
1.They replicate quickly - okay, Windows does that.
2.Viruses use up valuable system resources, slowing down the system as they do so - okay, Windows does that.
3.Viruses will, from time to time, trash your hard disk - okay, Windows does that too.
4.Viruses are usually carried, unknown to the user, along with valuable programs and systems. - Sigh.. Windows does that, too.
5.Viruses will occasionally make the user suspect their system is too slow (see 2) and the user will buy new hardware. - Yup, Windows does that, too. Until now it seems Windows is a virus but there are fundamental differences: Viruses are well supported by their authors, are running on most systems, their program code is fast, compact and efficient and they tend to become more sophisticated as they mature. So Windows is not a virus. It's a bug.

Alone in my room, is where I will sit,
never before had I thrown such a fit.
stories and stories, I lied through my teeth,
hoping for a glimpse at a sign of relief.
They pushed and they pushed, until I gave in,
by now I should know that I never will win.
then came the punishment, for what I had done,
whatever it is it shall not be fun.
Everything's gone, no seeing nice weather,
for these next two weeks are gunna feel like forever.
With nothing to do, god forbid I should read,
but that's what they want, never follow their lead.
Just staring at walls, my but falls asleep,
there is nothing but silence not even a peep.
My TV is off, but I see people moving,
no bother to me it's actually quite soothing.
What am I saying? I think I've gone mad,
it's only three days and my life's already sad.
Every second goes by like a month or a year,
why don't they realize I'm dying in here?
Someone come get me before I go crazy,
I should use the excuse,"This is making me lazy"!
"Knock-knock" what is that? you say that it's over,
why I got up and plowed like a freak'n bull dozer.
The moral of this story is that crime doesn't pay...

A singlish text! Or maybe a broken english text!
Today I am going to write a singlish text.
" I know what we all can do," Tom spoke in a conspiratorial whisper as he say his plan to Dick. When the school, they allighted from it and bounded to the classroom. The classroom no people. Tom then whipped out super glue from his pocket and squeezed a lot on the teacher's chair. They break into peals of laughter when they think of the teacher funny face when he sat on it. They cannot wait for the first lesson to begin. When the bell rang, the new Science teacher came to classroom. His face broke into a snile when he say his name. Then he asked who want to be in his experiment. Many people put their hands up and Tom was pleased when the teacher say Tom you come. He sauntered to the classroom in front. His face turn ashen when the teacher take out the chair with super glue and say come sit on it. He stammer when he say he very scared and cannot do it. "Well, I knew the pranks your were going to play on me," the teacher said sternly. " I sit behind both of you just now in the bus." The two boys put their heads down and very shameful. They stayed behind in school when lessons no more that day to remove the super glue from the chair.
PS: Is it funny? All the spelling mistakes are also part of the essay. Please Comment! Your comments are all very important to me. If you don't comment right, I humtam YOU!!!!!!!!!!

How do we prevent ourselves from getting electric shocks
Even though we hear less problems in the news, but it may happen to you. So we must always be alert and careful. I've suggested ways to prevent it from happening. Firstly, we must dry our hands before switch on or off the plug. Secondly, we must not poke things such as pens into the socket hole. Thirdly, we must not put too many plugs into one socket. Thats all for my suggestion!
ways to prevent getting electrocuted
6 ways on how to prevent yourself from being electrocuted.
1. Extension cords. These handy tools can cause electrical burns and shock if they're not used carefully. Cords that have exposed wires should never be used, as kids and pets can (and will) chew on them if they can get them. In fact, electrical burns to the mouth account for half of the extension-cord-related injuries to young children.
Even an intact extension cord poses a risk. For instance, in one case a 15-month-old girl put an extension cord in her mouth and suffered electrical burns that required surgery.
To reduce the risks, keep extension cords out of reach of kids and pets, and always purchase cords that have the UL and OSHA labels on them (these cords have been subjected to strict tests to ensure they meet certain safety standards). Further, use common sense measures to be sure the cords are in good shape, including:
* Inspect them regularly for signs of wear and tear.
* Replace old extension cords that are cracked or frayed.
* Only use exterior extension cords for outside use.
* Don't overload cords or sockets.
* Pull the plug, not the cord, when disconnecting it from the socket
* Only use extension cords when they're absolutely necessary, and try not to use them for long-term purposes.
2. Electrical outlets. Most electrical outlets are located in areas of the home that children can easily reach. Close to 4,000 injuries associated with electrical outlets are treated in U.S. emergency rooms every year, says the CPSC, and about one-third of these occur when kids looking to explore insert metal objects like keys and hairpins into the outlets.
Since you can't move your outlets away from your kids, it's imperative to cover your outlets with the Sliding Decora Outlet Cover (for outlet covers requiring two screws, as in most newer homes) or the Standard Sliding Outlet Cover (for outlet covers requiring only one screw in the middle, as in most older homes.)
If you routinely have kids in your home, check out these simple, inexpensive but ingenious outlet covers by clicking on either link above! These easy-to-install outlet covers are spring activated, so they automatically cover outlets when any plug is removed. This means kids can't insert objects or fingers into the outlets at any time!
It's important to only insert appropriate plugs into electrical outlets (any other object poses an electrocution danger) and use caution when you do, such as being careful not to touch the metal prongs when inserting the plug.
3. Electric appliances. We become so accustomed to using electric appliances in our daily lives that it's easy to become careless with their use. This is often when electrocution can occur. Even touching an electric appliance like a hair dryer with wet hands can cause a shock. Here are some other safety tips to keep safe around electric appliances:
* Don't use electric appliances near water or while touching faucets or water pipes.
* Don't use appliances that have worn plugs or cracked wires.
* Don't attempt to fix electrical appliances on your own, even if it appears simple.
* Unplug appliances when they're not in use.
4. Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs, Spas. The common risk that comes along with swimming pools and hot tubs is drowning, but the American Red Cross points out another, often overlooked, risk -- electrocution. According to CPSC, the biggest risks of electrocution here come from faulty underwater lighting, aging electrical wiring, sump pumps, power washers and vacuums that are not grounded, and electrical appliances and extension cords that fall into the water. The risk is especially apparent if lighting and circuits aren't protected by Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupters (GFCIs), which are one of the best ways to prevent electrocution, CPSC says.
According to Hal Stratton of CPSC, "The best protection for families is inspection, detection, and correction of electrical hazards in and around swimming pools, hot tubs and spas. CPSC strongly encourages residential and commercial pool owners and operators to upgrade protection of the lights, receptacles, and switches with GFCIs. Older pools are the biggest concern, as underwater lighting fixtures may have degraded with age and may not be protected by GFCIs."
5. Power Lines. High-voltage overhead power lines can pose a risk to people on ladders or other lifts. Says Thomas Moore of CPSC, "CPSC believes that there are still many electrocution deaths that could be prevented. Consumers should never place a ladder, antenna, or anything else near a power line. Consumers who come in contact with an overhead power line may not live to share their experience."
Further, wires from a downed power line can also be deadly. Never go near a power line that is down, such as after a storm, as live wires can be present long after the pole falls (until the electricity has been turned off). People have also died after striking an electrical pole in a car accident and having the live wires touch the car.
6. Lightning. Lightning and thunderstorms are most likely to occur on hot and humid days. If you sense a storm approaching, seek shelter indoors immediately, as lightning can cause serious injury, particularly to those who are stranded outside without proper protection.During a lightning storm, avoid tall, isolated objects, don't attempt to touch any fallen wires, and if you are struck by lightning be sure to seek medical attention even if the injury seems minor.

Ways to prevent us from being electricuted!!!!!!!!
2. Pay attention to what your appliances are telling you. When an appliance repeatedly trips a circuit breaker, blows a fuse, or gives you shocks, it’s not just a coincidence – these are signs that something is wrong. Prevent further – and possibly more dangerous – malfunctions from occurring by immediately unplugging the appliance and discontinuing use until a professional electrician can inspect it, make repairs, and ultimately declare the appliance safe.
3. Install Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI). In new construction homes, GFCI receptacles are a requirement anywhere that electrical outlets and water will be in close proximity to one another. GFCIs detect current leakages (or ground faults) in electrical circuits – such as would occur when a powered device made contact with water. The GFCI then shuts off power to that receptacle almost instantaneously, preventing electrical shock, burns, and electrocution. If you live in an older home that didn’t come standard with GFCIs, installing them in place of traditional outlets in your bathroom, kitchen, and garage is an easy way to prevent severe electrical injuries – and at very little cost.
4. Make sure you’re using the right size circuit breakers and fuses. If fuses and circuit breakers aren’t the right size and wattage rating to match the specifications of their circuits, they’re going to fail right when you most need them to perform. Read packages carefully when shopping for replacements. If you’re not sure which size to buy, have an electrician take a look at your panel box and label it with the circuit breaker or fuse size needed (for easy future reference). And as long as you’re making a trip to the hardware store, stock up with a few extra – you’ll be happy to have them on hand when the next need arises.
5. Protect kids with outlet covers. Outlet covers prevent babies and small children from sticking their fingers and other objects into unoccupied receptacles, protecting them against shock and electrocution. You can either use the plug-in type, or opt for special child safety wall plates, which feature built-in, retractable covers that automatically snap back into place when outlets aren’t in use
6. Avoid cube taps and other outlet-stretching devices. Cubes taps – those little boxes that allow you to plug several appliances into a single outlet – may seem like a major convenience, but they can actually put you on the fast track to circuit overload, overheated wiring, and even fire. If you absolutely must use one, do the math before plugging in. Know the maximum power demand that the cube-tapped receptacle can handle, and be certain that the collective pull (power requirement) of the devices you’re plugging into it doesn’t exceed that rating.
7. Replace missing or broken wall plates. They’re not just there for the looks – wall plates also protect your fingers from making contact with the electrical wiring behind them. Broken wall plates, or the absence of them altogether, can be especially dangerous in the dark – when trying to locate a switch by touch, you may end up being shocked or electrocuted if you miss the mark and end up hitting live wires instead.
8. Keep electrically powered yard-care tools dry. Whether it’s raining, just finished raining, or you’ve recently run the sprinklers, never attempt yard work with electrically powered tools in wet conditions. Protect yourself from shock and electrocution by keeping your electric hedge trimmer, weed whacker, and lawnmower safely unplugged and stowed away until precipitation has stopped, grass and foliage is dry, and puddles can be easily avoided.
9. Match the light bulb’s wattage rating to the lamp. Whenever choosing light bulbs to use with a lamp, be sure to consult that lamp’s maximum wattage specifications (they’re often printed right around the light bulb socket). Always opt for a light bulb with wattage that’s equal to or less than the maximum wattage listed on the lamp – too strong a bulb can lead to overloaded lamp wiring, as well as fire.
10. Be kind to you cords. Take care to treat power cords gently – never nail or tightly tack them down, and regularly check to make sure that they’re not pinched between or underneath furniture. Excessive pressure on power cables can damage insulation (exposing the conductor), or compress the conducting wire, which can lead to overheating and put you at risk for an electrical fire.

QUESTION MANIA....WHY NOT CELEBRATE TEACHERS DAY?
A) teachers do not deserve it
B) because Boon Tau Suan offended them and they hate us so they teach us about robotic genetics and how pee is produced and released and it is so disgusting that we do not celebrate for them.
C)DUH WE MUST CELEBRATE COS' THEY SCOLD US TO CARE FOR US TO PUNISH US TO MORE HOMEWORK ( that was my pesky assistant, Boon Ah Soup.)
Wow... teachers so rock. any way, now for homework. how not to be harmed by electricity?
SWITCH ON TO SAFETY...Advice while working around electricity
When working around a home, we often don't treat electricity with the respect it deserves. Too often, people get seriously hurt or even killed as a consequence. Use an extension lead that is appropriate for the power loading you need. Check that it has three prongs and is approved to Australian Standards. Extension leads with only two prongs are not ‘earthed' and are dangerous. If an appliance is faulty, a non-earthed plug can cause power to flow through the body of whoever's using it, with extreme danger. There are certain situations when it s the phone you should be reaching for, not the screwdriver. These tasks should never be attempted unless you are a qualified electrician: • Wiring any part of a home. • Installing lighting or switches. • Installing or moving power points. • Rearranging electrical wires. • Carrying out electrical maintenance. • Replacing frayed cords on appliances
THE POEM CORNER
Jasmin's Birthday
Thank you for the party Mum
My birthday was such fun
I know my friends will all come back
When I have another one
The cake you baked was special
I never would have thought Mum
That a no-egg, no-milk, no-butter, chocolate-free, fat-free,sugar-free, date & pumpkin cake
Would taste just like a bought one
Pink icing made from Beetroot-Coloured-Tofu on the top
And beeswax smoke-less candles
That you made at a workshop
I'm glad you made the fairy bread
From organic, yeast-free rye
And sprinkled it with poppy seeds, sesame and sunflower... to fortify
The chickpea dip, falafel balls,
The celery sticks with hommus
And what about the babaganouse
That was real adventurous
Mum, I do appreciate
All the hot food you prepared
From non-genetic-engineered soy
It shows you really care
Like the not-dogs and not-sausage rolls
With the not-tomato-sauce
And I loved the home-grown veggie pizza
With soy cheese of course
I'm forgetting the most fun part
Was the games we got to play
They took you ages to prepare,
But they really made the day
Like bob for locally-grown organic applesbought from a neighbour down the street
And pin the tail back on the dog(that had it cut off in a laboratory experiment)was really neat
Sight-impared person's bluff and
The free range egg and spoon race
Musical chairs played to Tony O'Connor
And my favourite ... Tug-of-Peace
Pass the parcel wrapped with unbleached recycled paper, grown on thewest side of a hill by a tree released from its vertical home to serve humanity by a group of landcare volunteers who formed a circle around the tree, meditated and chanted for four days before placing it gently, back onto the earth from which it had first sprung as a sapling and from where its mother and father had gone on before to serve as recycled toilet paper and toothpicks respectively.
And instead of taking their prizes, Mum
My friends and I agreed
That we'd donate to a charity
For children who're in need
And I'm glad you said 'no presents'
I really have so much
Just you and Dad as parents
Is a birthday present enough
My friends went home exhausted
From all the fun they'd had
With their little calico bags
Full of gelatine-free sweets you made
So thank you for the party Mum
My birthday was such fun
I know I'll always remember it,
The day that I turned ONE!
Now that its the end, i cannot comprehend, how sad i am. That was bad. here's some jokes
Impossible to Please
A group of girlfriends is on vacation when they see a 5-story hotel with a sign that reads: "For Women Only." Since they are without their boyfriends and husbands, they decide to go in. The bouncer, a very attractive guy, explains to them how it works. "We have 5 floors. Go up floor by floor, and once you find what you are looking for, you can stay there. It's easy to decide since each floor has a sign telling you what's inside." So they start going up and on the first floor the sign reads: "All the men on this floor are short and plain." The friends laugh and without hesitation move on to the next floor. The sign on the second floor reads: "All the men here are short and handsome." Still, this isn't good enough, so the friends continue on up. They reach the third floor and the sign reads: "All the men here are tall and plain." They still want to do better, and so, knowing there are still two floors left, they continued on up. On the fourth floor, the sign is perfect: "All the men here are tall and handsome." The women get all excited and are going in when they realize that there is still one floor left. Wondering what they are missing, they head on up to the fifth floor. There they find a sign that reads: "There are no men here. This floor was built only to prove that there is no way to please a woman."
we hope you look forward to the 12th issue where we talk about children's day!!! this is reporter Gareth signing off~ I am still watching you...
How to prevent ourselves from getting a nasty electric shock!!!!
It's me, Calvin! As you kow, electric shocks can cause DEATH!!!!!!!!!!! So, how do you prevent them? It's very simple. First, if you do not need electricity to examine the wires, then switch off the main power first. Stop ALL electric flow in EVERY part of the house, just to play safe. Then, wear a rubber glove to protect yourself from any electric current still flowing in the wires. But what happens if you need the power supply on when you are examining the situation? Or maybe you need to test out the wires while examining it in order to find the problem behind it? Well, first, you can use a screwdriver which INSULATES electricity!! If you use a full-metal screwdriver, you will still have an ELECTRIC SHOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And after you have the screwdriver, wear a rubber glove as well. REMEMBER: YOUR SAFETY IS ALWAYS NUMBER 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What can we do to prevent ourselves from electrical shock?
What can we do to prevent us from being electricuted
Answer: We can dry our hands before we touch any electrical appliences. We can also make sure that we do not leave a light bulb on for too long as when the bulb is on for too long,it will get heated up and may cause a fire.

Hi Guys
Icame across this while I was surfing the net.The top five cancer-causing foods are: 1. Hot dogs Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate. 2. Processed meats and baconAlso high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer. 3. DoughnutsDoughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer. 4. French friesLike doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer-causing acrylamides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries. 5. Chips, crackers, and cookies All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.
BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS 1. No Breakfast People who do not take breakfast are goin g to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. 2. Overeating It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.. 3. Smoking It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease. 4. High Sugar consumption Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. 5. Air Pollution The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. 6. Sleep Deprivation Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects. 8. Working your brain during illness Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. 9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. 10. Talking Rarely Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain The main causes of liver damage are: 1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3.. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food colouring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store. We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'DO TAKE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!!SAFETY FIRST.I hope this helps.

My cousin and my siblings are playing when they suddenly threw the ball to the house opposite our grandparents' house. They ran to get the ball and I wanted to go with them too but when I ran,I fell down. And I was crying for a while until my uncle saw me and carried me into the house. It was then that I know that blood covered my face till my stomach. My grandparents, mother, aunties and uncle were using a cloth to wipe those blood oozing out from my head. When the bleeding stopped, they brought me to a clinic and the doctor cleansed my wound and put a plaster on it.There was also a few small stone found in my wound.

An event that I'll never forget
Reasons: 1.The show was really very exciting and nice.
2.I have a really good time with my friends.
3.The torturous rain.
This is the first time I go for a NE show with my friends.
I had a laughing great time with my friends, talking, shouting and many more!
And because of the rain, my things were soaked and my hair was a bit wet.
That was really the very first time I stay in the rain at night! And thinking of cold the next day, which was
Sunday,I had to cancel my swimming lesson.Luckily,I wasn't having a flu after that .

An Event That I will NEVER EVER Forget!!!!
Calvin's here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will tell you what I will NEVER forget.... On 11 September 2007, I was cycling happily in the park of my condominium on my two-wheeled bicycle........ On this faithful day, there was construction works going on. When I cycled CLOSER and CLOSER to the construction work site, I did not realised that I was on soft, green grass...... And I was SO lucky to have cycled into quite a deep but small hole.. As I was cycling slowly, my bike's front wheel plunged into the hole.... As I fell down, my left hand reached to the ground for support. Little did I know that there was a RUSTY METAL ROD. And it poked into my left hand. It became numb on the spot! I did not feel any pain when the rusty metal rod poked into my hand! I did realise it until I tried to pull my hand out!!!! "OOOUUUCCCHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Almost EVERYBODY in the park were apalled! I was so scared that I accidentally pulled out my left hand. " AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Then at that time I remembered that my parents were not at home.... " Oh NO!!!!!!!!!!!! Who's gonna bring me to the hospital????????" No one was in the park by then..... So I decided to walk to a clinic nearby.... It took me 30 whole minutes!!!! When I went there, I was allowed to go in straight away as it was an emergency. After the consultation, I went back home. The next day, I saw a swell just below the injured place. My parents took me to a chinese clinic where the doctor gave me a few pokes of the acupunture needles. I did not scream. After a few days, the swell persisted. I went to KK women's and children's hospital. I was admitted IMMEDIATELY.
The day after the next, I had a morning operation. I had ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD FOR THE PREVIOUS DAY..... NOT EVEN WATER!!!! I only could rely on fluids to fill up my stomach. As I was wheeled into the OT(Operating Theatre, if you guys don't know) there was a feeling of loneiness. I felt as if NO ONE could ever accompany me for the rest of my LIFE!!!!! When I woke up approximately half a day later, (I slept at 8am and woke up at 8pm) I was back in the ward and saw my dinner ready on the table for me. I also saw my aunties. I asked them," Why are you in the operating theatre?" They laughed. I was still half-awake when I said that sentence of mine.... They replied," Calvin, you're in WARD 33," OOPS!!!!! I was embarrassed. 3 days later, I was discharged. I did not touch my bicycle until 28 April 2009. I could not maintian my balance and had to learn all over again. Finally, on 16 July 2009, I learnt how to ride again and now, every Saturday and Sunday, I go down to the Woodbridge Institute of Mental Health to cycle. I think I am becoming famous by the week. Every time I pass by the people suffering from a mental illness, they will wave to me!! Ok, I got to go, BYE BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello! i am doctor 8-to-the-power-of-4-spin-around-in-circles-shake-your-butt-thrice!! today, it is all about yeast. as we all know, yeast multiplies by butting. in the proccess of butting, a small butt( but stinky) grows from a yeast cell. the butt slowly increases in size to the verge of explosion and breaks off, then explodes. so, we all know this special kind of yeast never did reproduce, therefore making it extinct 5 centuries ago. i am 1509 years old gals and boys.
Doctor, you sure irritate me you nutcase ( he's gone to the mental hospital since the 2nd century) anyway, we now have DID YOU KNOW? time!!
DID YOU KNOW?
Mount Everest grows about 4mm a year as the tectonic plates of Asia and India--the Eurasian plate and the Indo-Australian plate, which collided millions of years ago to form the Himalayas--continue to press against each other. This causes the Himalayan peaks to grow slightly each year. So not only are the Himalayas the world's tallest mountains, they are also the fastest growing!! OMG I NEVER KNEW THAT UNTIL NOW ( lols )
now........ the moment you've all been waiting for... hmmm, wait... homework!! darn!! okay.. sigh... the event i will never forget is the time i slipped on the floor and fell on my head. head first!! not butt first ( i wish it could have been my butt first... hello?! softer landing!! ) okay the REAL MOMENT YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR... THE LUCKY QUIZ!!! here are the rules. you have to answer an IQ question but you have to be the first to answer and it OF COURSE must be correct. the prize is..... A MR.MEN CAPSULE!!! THE CROWD ROARS!!!!
anywayz, here is the question:
If you drove a bus with 43 people on board from Chicago and stopped at Pittsburgh to pick up 7 more people and drop off 5 passengers and at Cleveland to drop off 8 passengers and pick up 4 more and eventually arrive at Philadelphia 20 hours later, what is the name of the driver?

I Can't Remember!
Just a line to say I'm living,
that I'm not among the dead,
though I'm getting more forgetful
and mixed up in the head.
I got used to my arthritis,
to my dentures I'm resigned,
I can manage my bifocals
but God I miss my mind,
For sometimes I can't remember,
when I stand at the foot of the stairs,
if I must go up for something,
or have just come down from there.
And before the fridge so often,
my poor mind is filled with doubt,
have I just put food away,
or have I come to take some out?
And there's the time when it is dark
with my nightcap on my head,
I don't know if I'm retiring,
or just getting out of bed.
So if it's my turn to write to you,
there's no need for getting sore,
I may think that I have written
and don't want to be a bore.
So, remember that I love you
and wish that you were near
but now it's nearly mail time
so I must say good-bye dear,
There I stand beside the mailbox
with a face so very red,
instead of mailing you my letter,
I opened it instead!
that is all for today my readers and please look out for the 11th issue of the peanut times where we talk about teacher's day!! keep a look out for it! This is reporter Gareth signing off..... i am 1509 years old! remember!..... oh just shut up doctor~~ -.-

My aunt has just passed away on the 26th of August. It is just a few days ago. She was having cancer and was liying in hospital for about 3 to 2 months! One day, while I was studying, the telephone rang and I answered it, my grandmother immediately said:"quick, pass the phone to my mother!!!" She sounded very anxious even though I do not know what happened, but i am certain that something had happened to my aunt. After, my mother heard the call, she immediately said that my aunt's life is in danger and she has to go to the hospital immediatly! Then, my older brother was left alone at home and we are worried.
At night, my mother came back home without a smile on her face, she said that my aunt had passed away at 7.30pm;sec-26. It was very sad to hear such a sudden news. But I think as my ousin was badly hurt as my mother said that they thought that my aunt would last till 10pm-11pm but she left earlier then we all thought. My cousin before she passes away tried to touch his mother's face with tears rolling down his cheeks. All of a sudden, my aunt became breathless, and my cousin had a terrible shock and started screaming loudly. Then when my aunt suddenly lift her hand up to touch my uncles hand, it dropped and the PC sound goes--------------. It was a sad moment and all of the visitors started crying. And my cousin said that he was the one who killed his mother because she touch her face. And my other aunt tried to tell him that it was not his fault, my uncle and my grandmother still continue crying, it was such a sad moment.

The Childbirth Demon
My wife gave birth last night,
But Jesus what a fuss!
All that screaming and a wailing,
You know guys - it wouldn't happen if it were us.
I told this to my missus,
Told her to take it like a man,
She fixed me with an evil glare,
Said I would understand...
"I'm going to teach you a lesson" she said,
"You'll be visited tonight,
By the female demon of childbirth,
She'll show you what it's like".
Well my wife woke the next morning,
And looked at me in bed.
And laughed, as the demon had taken my bottom lip,
And pulled it over the top of my head.
well readers, that is all for this issue, but always, always remember... someone is watching you... even right now... who... and why... of course its me lah! well, remember to look out for the 10th special edition issue of the Peanut times!! this is reporter Gareth signing off... and still watching you!!~~
Emotions
I just had a tryout to sing 'Mary had a little lamb' in different Emotions.
Happy: I felt lively and also even brigtened up a lot after singing!
Sad: It was sung in a very monotonous trone and I did not feel like continuing to sing.
Angry: I sung it in a very loud tone to express anger.
Excited: It was and experience that I did not expect from myself.... I was practically RUSHING through the WHOLE song as if like catching a train/subway.
Those different emotions are marvellous! I was in mixed feelings after I sang them all out!!!!
Bye!
Food For Thought....... ???
1)a)Do I prefer to eat at home or eat out? Why?
ANSWER: I prefer to eat at home. I think that eating out is very unhygenic as houseflies are flying EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!! And when the housefly lands on to the meal i am having, I have to throw away the parts that it touched before...... And I think it is a waste of food this way. When I shoo away the flies, I will not have enough time to finish up my meal.... Moreover, I love my mother's cooking.
